WellFirst Health™ was a new health insurance brand that launched in 2019 to bring patient-centric plans to St. Louis and its surrounding regions.

CHALLENGE
The healthcare landscape is confusing and constantly changing, so for this group, stability is key. They want continued access to doctors with whom they have an established relationship, especially if they are someone with a chronic condition. Price and convenience are up there when considering a plan.
OUTCOME
WellFirst Health needed a visual identity and brand voice that felt familiar, reputable and trustworthy in a health insurance market where customers have grown increasingly skeptical of change.
LOGO
The logo mark was designed to symbolize medical care in a color close to hospital scrubs as well as compliment its parent company, SSM Health. Reflecting both modern and established aesthetics, the brand reveal builds upon a new kind of plan but with providers you know and trust.
LAUNCH CAMPAIGN
The idea here was to make insurance customers feel like they finally found an insurance provider that can be trusted, is genuine and provides access to great health care and ultimately relieved that there is an insurance option that is affordable, stable and provides great customer service. The goal was to generate excitement that a new access to great care is coming to town for individuals and families for 2020 coverage.
