Ascent MKE
LEADING THE MASS TIMBER MOVEMENT IN THE U.S.
Milwaukee is building like never before. We’re in the midst of a construction renaissance, but most of the “new” construction in Milwaukee isn’t “new” at all — rather “more”... More apartments. More offices. More of the same. “More” may push cities outward and upward, but it doesn’t push them forward. Cities truly move forward when new concepts and experiences arrive and push the frontier of culture. This requires pioneers who take the risk of exploring new territory.

LOGO
Inspired by the unique architecture that comes with the territory of mass timber building, the logo ties together art and function. Thoughtfully designed apartment homes needed a thoughtfully designed identity with an unmatched balance of natural elements, comfort, and luxury.
LANDING PAGE & BROCHURE
To accompany a new identity, we were also asked to create initial sales materials for investor pitches. We delivered a multi-page brochure and lead generating landing page.
PUTTING MILWAUKEE ON THE MAP
Ascent is putting Milwaukee on the map as the largest timber structure in the western hemisphere. Truly the first of its kind, Ascent will offer an array of one-of-a-kind amenities along with the benefits of mass timber technology, and place Milwaukee squarely at the forefront of one of the most exciting movements in the building industry
BENEFITS OF MASS TIMBER CONSTRUCTION
Building with a renewable resource, negative carbon footprint, this CO2 benefit is also equivalent to taking approximately 2100 cars off the road for a year or the energy to operate over 1000 homes for a year. It will take approximately 25 minutes to grow this volume of wood in the US/Canadian forests. The timber construction (above L6) will weigh less than 50% of a comparable concrete structure over that height.
